Free transportation to and from school via school buses are one of the many perks of the Cayman Islands Public School system. These school buses are contracted by the Department of Education for registered Government School students. All information regarding routes and schedule can be obtained from the Department of Education.
Some of the private schools also offer bus service to their students – this can be confirmed with the individual school.
